  I've worked with different real estate agents before, but none came close to Josh in terms of performance. Josh has truly gone above and beyond! He got us an ideal offer for our house in the Berkeley Hills area, which the average days on market is 78 days, within 14 days!! What was even more challenging about our house was the gas line was not even installed yet during the open house in rainy winter season, so the house was very cold. Nonetheless, he helped us got the offer I want. I'm totally impressed by him! It was even more thoughtful of him to send us a surprised thank you gift after the house transaction was closed-- it should have been us thanking him for helping us in a very complicated situation! What makes Josh so great and stands out from the others? 1. He genuinely cares about his clients and wants to help solve problems. We encountered numerous problems while trying to get the house ready to go on market. Josh listened to our problems and came up with strategies and solutions that actually worked! 2. He's available 24/7 and is very responsive. I sent him a text at 6:40am before, and he would respond right away! He would also informed us ahead of time when he would be out of town so we know what to expect in terms of his response time. 3. He is extremely knowledgeable and very smart. He gave us a lot of good advice and laid out very strong strategies on how to position our house in the market. Result? We were able to get an ideal offer within 14 days (where the average DOM was 78 days). 4. Great attitude and easy to work with. I feel very comfortable disclosing to josh about problems in our house. He's also very positive (when I was totally feeling negative about the issues). Overall I strongly recommend Josh! I would rate him 6 stars if yelp allows that function.
